Charlotte was qualified as a Registered Nurse with the Hong Kong Nursing Board in 1989. She continued to work in the Government Hospital for three years. She then pursued further study in Australia and obtained a Bachelor Degree in Health Science in 1993. At the same time, she was also qualified as a Registered Nurse with the New South Wales Nursing Board of Australia. After completing her nursing studies, she started to work as a research nurse with Neurology and Otorhinolaryngology Unit of Hong Kong University and Chinese University of Hong Kong.
From 1999, Charlotte has developed her career in Healthcare Management field, starting with an international loss adjusting firm in Hong Kong. She is experienced in handling Healthcare Management cases on Employees’ Compensation claims, Motor Liability claims, Public Liability claims and Life Care Planning for traumatic injuries cases for litigation.
