Helena worked in the Claims Department of Pan South Insurance Co Ltd/Alexander Stenhouse (HK) Ltd after her graduation in 1989. She then worked as an Adjuster with Crawford, an International Loss Adjusting firm, since early 1990. She joined United Adjusters (HK) Ltd in 2000.
She specializes in Employees’ Compensation claims, Public Liability claims, Construction Liability claims, Personal Accident claims and Motor Liability investigations. She has considerable experience in negotiating early settlement with injured workers and dealing with personal injury claims directly with third parties &/or their solicitors before and during legal proceedings. She has achieved many successful cases of out-of-court settlement. She is also involved in large and complex fire, burglary and various types of jewellery and furrier claims.
